THE BIBLE says in Gen1:31 that God saw all he had made, and it was very good. This to me means that no matter where one lives now, it once, was very good. So where have we gone wrong if our rivers are choked with heavy metal, forest cover depleted and the air we breathe is killing us?

n Kenya, conservation efforts are crucial for a sustainable tomorrow, especially in the face of environmental challenges. Green Earthing Kenya, is at the forefront of promoting tree planting initiatives, particularly focusing on fruit trees.

Empowering Mukunike Primary Through Sustainability and Community Action

In recent years, the effects of climate change have become increasingly visible across Kenya, especially in rural areas where agriculture is the primary livelihood. Rising temperatures, unpredictable rainfall patterns, and prolonged droughts have left many farmers struggling to adapt to the new reality. Crops are failing, livestock is dying, and families who rely on farming are facing uncertain futures.

Kenya has long faced the challenges of deforestation, with vast areas of forestland cleared for agriculture and urbanization. This loss of natural habitat has led to soil erosion, water scarcity, and biodiversity loss, negatively impacting communities across the country.
